Job summary

Faxon Firearms, LLC is seeking an experienced Mazak Integrex Operator for second shift to set up, operate, and maintain Mazak Integrex multi‑axis CNC machines. The candidate will read complex blueprints and edit Mazatrol programs to ensure part accuracy.

Ideal applicants have 2+ years in multi‑axis CNC environments, proficiency with precision measuring tools, and a strong mechanical aptitude. OT opportunities are available, with a competitive wage based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating Mazak Integrex CNC machines or similar multi-axis CNC machines.
• Working knowledge of Mazatrol programming.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Prior experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

General Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mazak Integrex Operator to join our team on second shift. This position is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Mazak Integrex multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision components to specification. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Mazatrol programming and the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mazak Integrex CNC machines for precision machining operations.


• Edit and make minor modifications to Mazatrol programs as needed to ensure part accuracy.


• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and job specifications to determine machine setup and operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.


• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
