Premier Aerospace Group NY, LLC in East Aurora, NY is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to operate Mazak 5-axis mills.

You will program and set up from prints using Mazatrol and G-code, inspect with precision metrology, hold tight tolerances on diverse materials, and document setups and results for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years on Mazak CNC 5-axis mills.
• CNC programming and setup per print.
• Proficiency with Mazatrol and G-code; Mastercam a plus.
• Excellent blueprint/spec reading and tight tolerance skills.
• Experience machining diverse materials and using precision metrology.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain Mazak 5-axis CNC milling equipment to produce components.

• Translate engineering intent into efficient machining strategies.
