Tata Consultancy Services in Washington, DC invites a senior EAM/PM expert to lead enterprise asset management initiatives, coordinating across business users, technical teams, and vendors. You will drive project plans, ensure quality deliverables, and manage risk to prevent overruns.

Key requirements include hands-on IBM Maximo implementation, MAS 8/9 experience, and strong expertise in integrating systems via REST APIs. Agile/Waterfall practices apply in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiatives and providing techno-functional support.
• Strong project-planning skills across parallel workstreams with dependent teams.
• Experience ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project standards.
• Proven ability to drive risk mitigation to reduce schedule/cost overruns.
• Hands-on IBM Maximo implementation & configuration (Maximo 7.x, MAS 8/9) and data migration knowledge.

• Experience with Maximo integrations & Maximo Data migration between various enterprise systems and Maximo systems


• Knowledge of Maximo architecture, Oracle/SQL/DB2


• Understanding of Automation Scripts & Java customization


• Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8, 9)


• IoT integrations, MQ, REST APIs
