Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 1 to drive enterprise integration initiatives within the EAIS unit. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment with client needs while delivering high-quality implementations.

The role emphasizes hands-on Maximo configurations, middleware integrations, and data migration expertise, with opportunities to influence project outcomes and advance within a global technology leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuration, integration, and maintenance of IBM Maximo v8.0+.
• Proficiency in application design and automation scripting (Python/Java).
• Hands-on REST and JSON-based integration experience.
• Middleware integrations with Mulesoft and SAP PI.
• Maximo migration and deployment management experience.
• Informatica and MIF framework data migration experience.
• Data modeling for BI reporting; BIRT experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource gaps to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders via meetings and sprints.
• Assist in development, integration, and customization of enterprise packages.
• Monitor deliverables across phases to meet quality benchmarks.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Configuration & Integration, Support and Maintenance in IBM Maximo v8.0+
• Application design, Automation scripts using Python / Java scripts, Complex maximo configurations
• Hands on experience on Rest and Jason based integration
• Middleware integrations ex – Mulesoft, SAP PI
• Maximo migration experience with release and deployment management activities
• Data migration experience informatica and MIF framework
• Experience in Data modeling for BI reporting and hands on BIRT experience.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Hands on experience & working knowledge in Maximo Asset Management (Solution design, development and implementation)
• Working knowledge of capabilities in the IBM Maximo EAM/APM solution and Maximo Integration Framework

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
