Job summary

Max Accelerate is seeking an IBM Maximo specialist to customize solutions and drive successful upgrades. You will work across business units to align Maximo EAM with operational goals and deliver reliable, scalable configurations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Maximo 7.x or MAS 8, MIF integration, Java development, and reporting with BIRT and Cognos. Strong communication is essential for coordinating with stakeholders and guiding the project team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a technical functional resource in IBM Maximo EAM.
• Proficiency with IBM Maximo 7.x or MAS 8 configuration.
• Experience with MIF, Java, BIRT, and Cognos reporting.
• Excellent communication for multi-stakeholder environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as a technical functional resource in IBM Maximo EAM
• Proficiency in IBM Maximo 7.x or MAS 8 application configuration
• Experience with Maximo Integration Framework, Java, BIRT, and Cognos report writing
• Excellent communication skills for multi-stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MAS 8 and Oracle PL/SQL development
• Maximo Deployment Professional certification
• Experience with Cloud Service Providers (IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
• Strong Oracle Database experience
