Job summary

Perfaware is seeking a Maximo Account Director to lead revenue growth for the Maximo business. You will own end-to-end sales cycles, build relationships with IBM Maximo customers, and drive new business across sectors including Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, and Transportation.

This growth role requires extensive domain knowledge and senior-level communication to coordinate cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes cross-selling, market positioning, and executive engagement to deliver sustained

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, SI or enterprise software with IBM Maximo and Asset Management.
• Experience owning the full sales cycle, including RFP responses and client demos.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline development and closing Maximo opportunities across multiple industries.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle with a focus on Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, Distribution and Transportation.
• Coordinate with marketing, delivery leads, and architects to shape value-based solutions.
