Enbridge’s EGNC Business Systems Support team seeks a motivated professional to own and support the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management platform. You will help maintain data integrity, resolve issues, and coordinate with Operations, Asset Management, Finance, and TIS to optimize Maximo usage.

You will provide coaching, training and documentation, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities and supporting related systems like LDF, ESRI GIS, Salesforce and Arcos.

Formación

• Must have knowledge of Maximo or similar EAM platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot incidents and diagnose issues.
• Experience with functional configuration and data stewardship.
• Experience supporting system testing and end-to-end workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support for Maximo incidents, work orders, assets, and inventory.
• Investigate defects and coordinate cross-team resolution.
• Perform approved functional config changes and data loads.
• Support integrations with Finance, Oracle, GIS, CC&B, and reporting tools.
• Lead or participate in testing for releases and improvements.
• Coach users and create process docs and job aids.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Maximo processes.
