Qualifications

• Fluent in English; able to read, write, and speak clearly.

• Experience with maintenance records, inventory, or procurement is a plus.
• Ability to work with vendors and maintain logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Operates Maximo to input data on equipment, work plans, schedules, and maintenance orders.
• Compiles reports and maintains department records.
• Maintains filing systems for maintenance records and ensures accuracy.
• Interfaces with vendors and manufacturers regularly.
• Maintains regular attendance and supports other duties as assigned.
