Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation is seeking a Maximo configuration lead for an on-site, full-time role in the United States (Nevada) to oversee configuration control, data governance, and workflow discipline across CMMS processes.

The role coordinates with the maintenance and reliability teams, validates data quality, and manages Maximo tasks, job plans, and reporting requirements. It requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility and 5+ years in Maximo configurations within industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in CM/engineering/facilities preferred.
• Five years of experience in analytics, scheduling, and project management.
• Minimum 5 years managing Maximo 6.x and/or 7.x in an industrial environment with migration to Maximo 9.x.
• Experience managing IBM Maximo application suite including implementation and configuration.
• Translate requirements into Maximo configurations and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, generate, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks in Maximo.
• Validate data quality, configure job plans, and ensure reporting compliance.
• Ensure parts and tools for maintenance work orders are available when scheduled.
• Coordinate with planners, shop supervisors and trade experts on requirements.
• Develop monthly and weekly master schedules coordinating vendor support and work orders.
• Ensure materials, tools and resources are available for scheduled work.
• Balance annual and quarterly workloads for preventive maintenance and tasks.
• Work with program managers and shop leads to balance contract workload.
• Collaborate with maintenance specialist on tasks and AI-driven adjustments.
• Serve as liaison for Maximo upgrades, integrations and mobile synchronization.
