Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall experience, including 5+ years hands-on implementing Manhattan Active WM (Cloud).
• Strong production support experience with knowledge on ITIL processes.
• Hands-on proficiency with Oracle SQL, Postman, Manhattan Base Component APIs, and JSON for troubleshooting, analysis, and integration validation.

• 2. Strong production support experience with knowledge on ITIL processes.
• 3. Demonstrate hands on technical proficiency with Oracle SQL, Postman, Manhattan Base Component APIs, and JSON for troubleshooting, analysis, and integration validation.
