Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in food & beverage leadership at private clubs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction for members.
• Hire and train new team members.
• Manage schedules and payroll for team members.
• Display excellent customer service and create a positive atmosphere for members and employees.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards and local laws.
• Partner with leadership to align dept. goals with overall service standards.
