Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks a Pool Server to deliver exceptional knowledge of food & beverage items and guest service at our oceanfront resort. This role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Pool & Beach Management Team; candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of employment in related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Ability to move large towel bins and pick-up soiled linens.
• Interact with guests and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Customer service oriented, attention to detail, maintain professionalism in high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests with vivid descriptions; communicate guest orders to the kitchen; coordinate food timings; transport items to the guest table punctually.
• Prepare and maintain table preparation and cleanliness. Ensure guest has everything they need and nothing they don’t.
• Anticipate guest needs, inputting detailed information into the reservations system, set up guests' seats poolside with towels and umbrellas, service water, remove linen, and address guest concerns promptly.
