Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Maui, Hawaii, is seeking a Duo AMServer Assistant to support the Food & Beverage team. You will assist with serving guests, transporting items from the kitchen, and maintaining table setups in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires at least one year in food service, the ability to carry a tray, and Hawaii Food Handler’s Card, plus tuberculosis clearance. Expect a casual, physically active schedule with evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food service experience.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist guest service by retrieving food from the kitchen and delivering it to tables.
• Breakdown, clean and set up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and ensure items are polished.
