Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Food & Beverage team. You will assist food servers with the serving of food, help with setup and clearing, and attend to guest needs. This role requires the ability to carry and balance a tray and a minimum of one year of food service experience.

Hawaii Food Handler Card and TB clearance are required. The schedule is casual and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card required.
• Tuberculosis Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers with serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver, and attend to guest needs.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service and ensure they are polished and in good condition.
