Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support Maui operations at the Kahului Logistics Center. You will manage shipping, receiving, and asset tracking for DoD missions, maintaining DPAS site records and property data.

Responsibilities include cataloging equipment, reconciling records, planning non-MILSTRIP shipments, and serving as IT Asset Manager when needed. Strong MS Office skills and safety certifications are desired.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, business admin or related on-site knowledge.
• DPAS Certificate and related regulatory training.
• HAZWOPER and safety certifications desirable.
• IATA/DOT certification helpful for shipping compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate government property records and DPAS site IDs.
• Catalogue L&P stock-numbers using DPAS DF-RDTE.
• Reconcile equipment records and update DPAS entries.
• Plan and execute non-MILSTRIP shipments for DoD assets.
• Provide IT Asset Manager support as needed.
• Train staff on hazmat, IAP and waste procedures.
• Generate DPAS reports for inventory and asset visibility.
