Healthcare Arizona LLC, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, is seeking a Chemical Technician to support foam slab production at our Goodyear, AZ facility. This hourly role requires PPE and adherence to OSHA and related regulations.

The job includes testing chemical processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality during the foam manufacturing stages. Day shift offers 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with five 10-hour shifts; up to 50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must pass respirator fit test and related health screenings.
• Must be able to work safely with hazardous chemicals.
• High level of detail and organizational skills.
• PPE compliance and OSHA-aligned procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains correct chemical balance or material mixtures for equipment operation and product quality.
• conducts chemical process tests and samples at intervals.
• Safely maintains and stores tools, instruments, and equipment for proper function.
• Follows OSHA, ADOSH, EPA, and DOT regulations.
