Job summary

Avocado Green Brands is seeking a Packaging Associate to join the Packaging Team in our mattress manufacturing operation. You will wrap, compress, and package finished mattresses, using roll-pack machines and heat sealers, reporting to the Production Assistant Manager.

This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and adherence to GMP, OSHA, and safety standards. On-site work at our facilities with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Wrap finished mattresses in plastic film or non-woven fabric for protection.
• Apply corner guards, edge protectors, and foam padding.
• Roll or fold mattresses using compression/roll-pack machines.
• Vacuum-seal and compress mattresses to reduce volume for shipping.
• Label boxes with destination, weight, and handling instructions.
