Job summary

Avocado Green Brands is seeking a Packaging Associate to join the Packaging Team. You will wrap, compress, and package finished mattresses for safe storage and shipment, reporting to the Production Assistant Manager. This on-site role requires physical strength and familiarity with packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting (50-100+ lbs).
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Attention to detail in labeling and packaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Wrap finished mattresses in protective coverings.
• Apply guards, padding and labels for shipping.
• Operate packaging equipment (heat sealers, shrink wrap).
• Roll-pack and compress mattresses for bed-in-a-box products.
• Package into tubes or boxes and ensure correct SKU/destination labels.
