Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions LLC, a Leggett & Platt Company, seeks a Team Assembler to perform repetitive assembly operations on the production line, moving finished products to designated areas and maintaining clean, safe workstations.

You will work with hand and power tools, inspect products, and support teammates to ensure high-quality output while following safety procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.
• Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.
• Safety - Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.
• Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and procedures to assemble various parts and components in prescribed sequence and location.
• Visually check and inspect work to ensure proper quality.
• Responsible for both quality and quantity of work.
• Assist other team members in their duties to ensure a quality product and smooth flow.
• Ensure that work area and equipment are maintained in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations.
