Job summary

Qualifications

• Physical ability to bend, stoop, stand, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly during shifts.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend work instructions and safety info.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Adhesive application/mattress components familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Mattress Glue Line according to procedures and work instructions.
• Apply adhesive to mattress components in correct amount and location.
• Assemble and bond components accurately during gluing.
• Ensure proper positioning of foam, fabric, springs and others.
• Inspect glue application and bonded parts for coverage and alignment.
• Report issues to Team Leader or Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety rules and PPE usage.
• Follow OSHA and company safety rules and procedures.
• Meet daily/weekly production goals and communicate progress.
