Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift mattresses up to 90 pounds in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the labeling process and daily production schedule.
• Maintain a neat, safe work environment and follow quality standards.
• Box, label, and package mattresses per customer specifications.
• Operate laminator, sock closer, and banding machine as needed.
• Assist with monthly inventory and learn various mattress configurations.
