Job summary

Tempur Sealy is hiring for multiple manufacturing roles at the Sealy Albany warehouse. Starting wage is $24–$27 per hour. Positions include truck loaders, mattress builders/assembly, and material handlers with possible sewing experience benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Overtime and Saturdays may be required.
• 18 years or older.
• Industrial sewing or mattress building experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production goals in a fast paced environment.
• Move materials between floor, pallets, conveyors or tables.
• Operate equipment such as sewing machines, hot glue guns, pallet jacks.
• Ensure materials are sorted, verified and supplied to the correct stations to meet schedule.
• Label and pack finished goods as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets.
