1. Manage matrimonial and family law matters from initial filing to resolution
2. Draft a wide range of legal pleadings including emergency motions, pendente lite motions, and cross-motions
3. Oversee discovery, including preparation of document requests and responses, review of production, and e-discovery
4. Conduct legal research with precision and present findings effectively
5. Prepare trial materials and exhibits; support or conduct hearings and trials
6. Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies and case development
7. Serve as a client contact for ongoing legal matters
8. Lead or assist with depositions and related proceedings
9. Maintain accurate tracking of case timelines and court deadlines
10. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and third parties with professionalism

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3-12 years of experience handling matrimonial and family law litigation
2. Strong command of New York civil procedure and federal appellate rules
