Job summary

Mathnasium of Riverview is hiring a Center Director to lead a team, grow the learning center, and positively impact students’ math confidence. You will supervise staff, build relationships with families, and drive enrollment and retention while managing daily operations.

This full-time, salaried position combines education, leadership, customer service, and business development to create a meaningful community impact every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Background check and math assessment required.

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and schedule employees.
• Build a positive, accountable culture and develop future leaders.
• Conduct student assessments and create personalized Learning Plans.
• Welcome families and provide outstanding customer service.
• Explain enrollment options and guide families through enrollment.

Sunday afternoons 12:30-5:30 PM, M-TH 12:00-8:00 PM and Fridays 12:00-3:00 PM

Manage Daily Operations

• Oversee scheduling, staffing, technology, and center operations
• Monitor performance metrics and help the center achieve its goals
