Job summary

Mathnasium LLC. is seeking a Math Learning Center Director to lead operations at our center. You will manage day-to-day activities, drive enrollments, and supervise a team of instructors and staff.

You will build relationships with schools and families, deliver continuous training, and ensure a supportive, results-driven culture. This is a full-time, salaried position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in an educational or service setting.
• Proven ability to drive enrollment through local outreach and sales.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with families and students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations and staff performance.
• Respond to inquiries and enroll students promptly.
• Hire, train, and schedule employees for optimal coverage.
• Motivate the team and develop professional growth plans.
• Engage with schools and community partners to promote programs.
• Monitor center metrics including profitability and student progress.
• Identify student learning needs and craft personalized plans.

What you will do as a Math Learning Center Director:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center
• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees
• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
• Identify student needs and opportunities and develop customized student learning plans

What we are looking for in a Math Learning Center Director:

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
• Passion for math and working with students
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
