Job summary

Fortis Franchise Group, the #1 Mathnasium Franchisee in the United States, seeks a Management Trainee to join its leadership development program at Mathnasium centers. You will gain hands-on experience in running a learning center, serving customers, and supporting community outreach.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in business management or related fields, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer service
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong communication skills including compassion, building connections, active listening, and problem solving

Essential Talents & Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer service and building connections
• Bachelor's degree a must
• Candidates should possess advanced communication skills, including: compassion, building connections, active listening, assessing customer needs, providing solutions and overcoming conversational objections
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities and projects with accuracy and a sense of urgency
