Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics from a regionally accredited institution.
• Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Mathematics or Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Teach freshman and sophomore level mathematics courses.
• Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) and online math tools (ALEKS, MyLab Math, MyOpenMath).
• Evaluate student progress and maintain attendance and grade records.
• Counsel and advise students on academic preparation and career goals.
• Provide out-of-class academic assistance and maintain Math Center hours.
• Engage in college and department activities and service to students.
