Job summary

Qualifications

We’re hiring a Mathematician I to build and refine the systems that drive gameplay, payouts, and player experience across IGT’s portfolio.

You’ll be working at the intersection of math, software engineering, and game design—partnering with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into fully realized games, test how they perform, and fine-tune the logic behind every outcome.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and combinatorics
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and analysis
• Programming experience or familiarity with Python, Java, C#, or C++
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to collaborate within a cross-disciplinary game development team
• Curiosity and initiative to explore new ideas and improve gameplay
