Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work with staff, students, and faculty at a professional level.
• Proficient in math concepts from developmental to pre-calculus, including trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students in math and encourage systemic study habits.
• Participate in professional development offerings.
• Meet with Academic Skills Advisor and instructors to plan support.
• Refer students to campus resources as needed.
• Maintain regular and accurate tutoring session records.
• Reach out to program students to encourage attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
