Job summary

SiSTEM is looking for experienced math tutors to work one-on-one with students in grades K–12 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Tutors will help students develop understanding and confidence in math across various levels, from elementary to advanced math courses.

The role involves not only teaching but also building long-term relationships with students and their families, and providing tailored academic guidance based on individual needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching, tutoring, or academic mentoring experience in math.
• Deep expertise in at least one of the math levels listed above.
• A track record of helping students improve grades and build confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused math instruction to students K–12.
• Help students develop conceptual understanding of math.
• Communicate with families on student progress and strategy.
