Job summary

SiSTEM is hiring experienced math tutors to work with K-12 students in McKinney, Texas. Our tutors act as academic partners, helping students understand math deeply and build confidence in their skills.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of tutoring experience and expertise in their math specialization. Tutors set their own rates and work with motivated families who value education, ensuring a fulfilling teaching experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching, tutoring, or academic mentoring experience in math.
• Deep expertise in at least one of the math levels listed: K-12.
• Experience working with students in honors, Pre-AP, or AP settings.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with students in grades K-12 for math instruction.
• Help students develop deeper conceptual understanding, not just homework.
• Align sessions with each student's academic roadmap through SiSTEM's tools.
