The Holton-Arms School seeks a collaborative, flexible, and enthusiastic Math Teacher to join our vibrant Upper School for the 2026-27 school year. Upper School mathematics at Holton-Arms offers students a rigorous, conceptually rich experience that spans courses from Geometry through Calculus and Statistics. Our Upper School Math Teachers challenge students to think deeply and apply reasoning and proof while fostering confidence, curiosity, and intellectual risk‑taking. Instruction emphasizes equitable access, thoughtful use of technology, and meaningful assessment practices that support growth at every level. Teachers collaborate closely within the department to ensure consistency, coherence, and high expectations across courses, while maintaining strong partnerships with students and families.

The average salary range for this position is $70,000.00 – $100,000.00, the exact salary to be determined based on education and experience. We use a step scale to determine teacher salary. Additional stipends are available for coaching, certain club sponsorship and significant commitments outside of the classroom.
