Job summary

Reporting to the Principal, the teacher will implement Alabama Quality Teaching Standards, maintain records, assess student progress, and collaborate with staff to support student achievement in a fast-paced school environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Certified by the State of Alabama in the appropriate area.
• Must meet highly qualified status as determined by Alabama State Department of Education.
• Must meet background clearance requirements as specified by Alabama statutes and State Board of Education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Upholds and enforces school rules, regulations, and Board policies.
