Job summary

Mathnasium LLC is seeking part-time math tutors to join our in-center team. You will work with students from kindergarten through high school to help them understand and master math concepts using the Mathnasium Method™. Training is provided and all instruction occurs at the center, with no take-home work.

Ideal candidates have strong math skills, a passion for teaching, and excellent communication. Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, and in-center collaboration is encouraged to

Qualifications

• Strong math skills demonstrated by calculus coursework.
• Passion for helping students succeed academically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, professional, patient, and enthusiastic.
• Willingness to learn and apply the Mathnasium Method.
• Prior educational experience (teaching, tutoring) required.
• Experience with classroom environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aid students in understanding and mastering math concepts.
• Deliver instruction at the center with no take-home work.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Support team collaboration to drive student success.
• Assist with tutoring sessions across various grades.
