Job summary

Fusion Academy in the United States seeks a dedicated Math Teacher to deliver 1-on-1 instruction in a private, student-centered setting for grades 5–12. You’ll design engaging lessons, adapt content to each learner, and monitor progress while partnering with parents and colleagues to nurture academic and social-emotional growth.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; teaching credentials or advanced degrees are a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of math courses (Basic, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Integrated, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Business & Consumer Math, and Calculus), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
