Job summary

Fusion Academy in Edina, MN is seeking a qualified Math Teacher to deliver personalized 1-to-1 instruction for grades 4–12. You’ll shape schedules, design creative lessons, and collaborate with a passionate team to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and willingness to teach a broad range of math courses. You’ll mentor students, maintain accurate records, and engage families while embracing a dynamic, student-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of math courses (Basic, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Integrated, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Business & Consumer Math, and Calculus), curriculum/resources provided.
• Experience with students including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset with flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
