Job summary

Carney, Sandoe & Associates in the Greater Boston area is seeking Math Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year at independent schools in the Greater Boston area.

Our candidates typically hold a bachelor’s degree in math or related field (master’s preferred for advanced courses) with strong classroom management, communication, and the ability to integrate educational technology to enrich student learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Math Education, or related field; master’s preferred for advanced roles.
  • Experience teaching math at middle/high school, private/independent setting preferred.
  • Experience in designing and delivering hands-on experiments.
  • Experience with AP Math or IB Math may be a plus.
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate students and address diverse learning needs.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology.

Qualifications:
