• At least 5+ years of successful teaching experience in math or related field.
• Proven leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience with instructional coaching and data‑driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, refinement, and assessment of instructional programs.
• Analyze student assessment data to inform improvement planning and student learning outcomes.
• Assist in placement decisions for Advanced Learning Program.
• Coordinate instructional materials and ensure equitable access to resources.
• Lead collaborative team meetings on instructional practices and data analysis.
• Coach teachers through model/co‑plan/co‑teach cycles and observe lessons.
