Job summary

Mathnasium LLC. is seeking a passionate Center Director for our Manteca location. This full-time role involves managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and transforming the lives of K-12 students through education.

The successful candidate will possess prior management experience, a passion for math, and strong teamwork skills. Opportunities for advancement and continuous training are available in a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center.
• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students.
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees.
• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally.
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships.
• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics.
• Identify student needs and develop customized student learning plans.

What you will do as a Center Director
