Job summary

Mathnasium of Rockwall‑Heath is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations, guide staff, and develop customized learning plans for K‑12 students. The role emphasizes math education leadership, strong customer relations, and a focus on building a supportive classroom culture.

The position offers ongoing training, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities to grow within a recognized math learning center network.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities.
• Math skills up to Algebra 2.
