Job summary

Mathnasium of Denville seeks a Center Director to oversee daily operations, drive enrollment, and lead a high-performing team in a supportive learning environment. You will manage staff, set goals, and ensure a positive student experience.

As part of our hiring process, candidates bring a math passion and a track record in leadership and sales. This is a full-time on-site role with ongoing training and clear pathways for advancement within the Mathnasium network.

Qualifications

• Prior management or leadership experience is required.
• Customer relationships & sales experience is preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students is essential.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center.
• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees.
• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally.
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships.
• Monitor and grow center performance metrics, including profitability and student success.
• Identify student needs and develop customized learning plans.

What you will do as a Center Director

What we are looking for in a Center Director:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mathematics, Engineering or Physics
