Mathnasium of Monroe, Charlotte is seeking a Center Director to lead day-to-day operations, drive enrollment, and manage staff. The role emphasizes transforming students' learning experiences, building community ties, and steering center profitability while ensuring high-quality math instruction.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a passion for math, and the ability to develop teams. This is a full-time salaried position with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center.
• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees.
• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally.
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships.
• Monitor and grow center performance metrics, including profitability and student success.
• Identify student needs and opportunities and develop customized student learning plans.
