Job summary

Mathnasium of South Charlotte is seeking a Center Director to lead day-to-day operations, drive student enrollments, and manage a team of tutors and staff in a vibrant learning center.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations in the center.
• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees.
• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally.
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships.
• Monitor and grow center performance metrics, including profitability and student success.
• Identify student needs and develop customized learning plans.

What you will do as a Center Director
