Responsibilities

• Develops data-driven, research-based interventions to support student progress.
• Communicates and collaborates with colleagues, families, and students on intervention strategies.
• Designs lesson plans and materials for small group and individualized instruction.
• Plans interactive learning experiences addressing specific learning gaps.
• Maintains communication with parents about student progress and strategies.
• Executes Tier II/III interventions and refers students to support services.
• Administers assessments to measure achievement and tracks progress.
• Maintains attendance and availability during school hours.
• Performs additional duties to support the intervention program.
