Job summary

Early Edge Education is an afterschool learning center focused on helping students develop confidence, curiosity, and excellence in Math and English. We provide personalized, small-group instruction that builds deep understanding and prepares students for academic success and competitive opportunities.

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Math Instructor to join our growing team. Availability for after-school and weekend hours (3:30–6:30 PM weekdays; Saturday mornings) is required, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education.
• Prior experience teaching or tutoring math at elementary or middle school.
• Knowledge of enrichment or competition-style math (Math Olympiad, AMC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Teach group math classes for ages 6–14.
• Develop engaging lessons emphasizing understanding and problem-solving.
• Create and refine enrichment materials for math contests.
• Assess student progress and provide individualized support.
• Contribute to curriculum design and teaching resources.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
