Job summary

Mathnasium of Milford is hiring a Math Instructor / Tutor to work with K–12 students using the Mathnasium Method. You will teach in-center and online, delivering individualized instruction in a group setting and tracking progress.

The role offers part-time hours after school and on weekends, a supportive team, and ongoing training with curriculum and tools provided. Strong math skills through Algebra I, great communication, and eagerness to learn are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained in new methods.
• Exceptional math competency through Algebra I or higher.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™ and available materials.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess student progress and engagement during sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
