Job summary

A+ Charter Schools is seeking a K-12 Math Facilitator to partner with district Curriculum Coordinators and school administration to coach teachers, analyze data, and drive curriculum fidelity. The role focuses on facilitating professional learning, supporting instructional effectiveness, and leading collaborative planning across campuses to improve student outcomes in mathematics.

Qualifications

Three to five years of teaching Mathematics.
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) from an accredited university.
Valid teaching certificate in Mathematics.

Responsibilities

Develop and support teacher leadership of collaborative groups and professional learning communities that use summative, interim, and formative data.
Provide targeted feedback to teachers on instruction and student achievement.
Plan, demonstrate, co-teach, and coach classroom teachers and develop teacher leadership of PLCs using data.
Assist teachers with differentiation for RtI, SPED, 504, and GT students.
Maintain effective written and oral communication with district and campus staff and monitor action plans.
