Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) from an accredited university.
• Valid Mathematics teaching certificate.
• Principal certificate EC-12 preferred; experience with district initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support teacher leadership of collaborative groups and professional learning communities using data.
• Improve instruction through coaching, data discussions, and action plan implementation.
• Provide research-based support including RBIS and interventions to meet student needs.
• Plan, demonstrate, co-teach, and coach classroom teachers and lead professional learning experiences.
