Job summary

Ashland School District 5 is seeking an Education Assistant-Math at Trails Outdoor School. This position is part-time (0.625 FTE) with a 5-hour daily schedule and probationary status.

The role includes assisting students in math and literacy tasks, supporting licensed staff, and ensuring a safe, orderly classroom environment. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent, experience in schools or with children, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist students individually or in small groups with assignments.
• Perform record keeping, attendance, and supervision duties.

• Support transportation and transitions between activities and classrooms.
