The ideal candidate will collaborate with general education math teachers to provide specialized instruction, implement interventions, and ensure meaningful access to grade-level math curriculum aligned with each student’s IEP.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted math intervention and skill-building in pull-out resource classes, with a focus on foundational numeracy, problem solving, and grade-level readiness.
  
  

• Deliver inclusion math support through co-teaching, modeling, scaffolding, and differentiated instruction within general education math classrooms.
  
  

• Use data-driven instructional strategies, manipulatives, and evidence-based math practices to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
  
  

• Support students in developing math fluency, reasoning, and confidence in math problem-solving tasks.
  
  

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with math-specific goals and accommodations.
  
  

• Monitor student progress using math assessments, progress-monitoring tools, and classroom data.
  
  

• Adjust instruction and services based on ongoing analysis of academic performance.
